BABO 9 Posted June 22, 2018 I made same post 1 year ago ish about fixing veng in pvm. In pvp, you use veng and opponent can hit you and will be hit back from veng(60% damage ish). In pvm, this dosent work. Lets say you are killing a boss with 15hp left. You cast veng and get hit for a 40. The npc will not take any damage because it will be over its total health, and you have basically wasted one veng cast. If the boss hit you enough to get hit back for 14hp, the boss will take that damage. Aslong the veng damage is above its health, it wont register.
