I Suffer with a lot of mental health and I've just been made aware I'm in denial about my depression, the BPD and PTSD is making me short tempered and snappy with players... I'm second guessing myself constantly and 2 or 3 times a day find that the task would be too much, or could take it all on.. sometimes I cant tell my ass from my elbow.
