I've recently started doing slayer, and noticed if I disconnect it is pretty much impossible for me to get back on if I'm stuck fighting an aggressive npc. I think you should either add an automatic log out timer, or allow the user to log back on with a different account which then disconnects that stuck account, or allow them to log on and ask a staff member to kick that account. At the moment the only way you can get back on is if you die, and that's pretty hard to do against low level npcs.
