Anyone know why I cannot run Runewild on my Mac?

Due to me not being home for a few days I brought along my Mac however it isn't letting me play RuneWild on it. It says " this program cannot be ran because it cannot be identified as virus free" . Does anyone know how to fix this issue or if there is something specific I need to do in order to play?
