2. Account creation must be atleast 12 months old. Yes (been playing this RSPS for quite some time. Currently rank 6 on the leaderboards and have achievement diary cape). Proof of account play time:

3. Your past 30 days play time must be atleast 50 hours. Yes (more like 200 hours... this last month)

4. No severe punishments in the past 90 days. None 

Honestly most caskets aren't worth it. Yeah you have a rare chance of making some good money but I would just sell it.

I would like to see this change. That way you don't need to switch accounts just to go pking at different combat brackets.

It should work on revs as they are considered undead. I haven't tested it myself but will let you know if I do.

Not going to lie I basically did this all the way to diamond rank from premium and it works great. The numbers fluctuate a lot though so keep that in mind.

Great guide, willows are definately the fastest but you need to pay attention more. One thing I would add is try to get yourself an Infernal axe as this will give you firemaking xp along the way.
