Survivorely

PJ Timer in this server is literally a joke, if my opponent stops attacking me for 3 secs, The other player can attack me, so basically escaping  teleblock is impossible because i can't stay out of combat for 10 secs, Fix this shit.

Just a suggestion since arrows are worthless, Can you guys make arrows not show on ground? Kinda annoying picking them up mid risk fight and ruining the inventory setup.
