Different ways to play (challenge accounts)

Hi all! Love the game, have been playing a ton and plan to keep my realism account as my main. But I was curious is there any realistic challenges we can do to change the way we play? What I mean is like on youtube there's all these different challenges like gridlocked, tile locked, area or item restricted accounts, all that. And with this rsps since not all cities, areas or content makes certain challenges realistic. Does anyone have any ideas of challenge accounts?
