Upon reaching 200M in a skill; If a player hasn't received the pet for said skill, the pet would be rewarded to them

Agility cape  

Gives the ability to run for 50% of a longer distance without your run energy running out. or Activate to enable a "stamina potion effect" 

 Slayer cape 

Activate to teleport to any Slayer task in the game (acts as a servant pet)

Farming cape 

Gives a chance of instantly harvesting a patch

Hitpoints Cape 

Doubles life points regained over time (not effective in the wild)

Defence Cape

Gives a chance for degradable items (bounty hunter items & any untradables) to not degrade upon death Possibly saving the player the cost of repairing the items

Yes, i did see the pro's and cons on this before posting it. but if ANYTHING, I really hope player atleast could show off their hard work through a cape, even if its just cosmetic! And, i do thing if any feature is added, being granted the pet for said skill would be a reallllly awesome feature to be added.
