  Check if it's the correct e-mail you're using. If you still keep having these problems, try it with a different e-mail. Yahoo let's you make free ones really easy.

  What do you mean exactly? Are you stuck in raids 2 or? Just log-in and PM a staff member that's online to teleport you out, either in-game or via discord.
