I was under the impression I was going to be able to use it everywhere except the wilderness as with most private servers that give the perk but I found out the hard way the !bank command can only be used in Edgeville, Duel Arena, or Mage bank, all of which already have banks so could someone please be so kind as to give me an actual use for it?

I donated after seeing this list: www.runewild.com/forums/topic/1245-donator-perks I have donated $20. That puts me as premium. It says I can use the !bank command but its not working. False advertisement on donor perks or am i missing something?
