Hello, Is there a reason behind not being able to PvM on two account simultaneously? Having this mechanic in-game makes it to where people are less likely to create an ironman account as they can't train it up while bossing on another or simply doing slayer

Anyone know all the ways to unlock pvp caskets on HCIM? (red, green, purple, gold caskets)
