Halloween Event: Ghost Busting Halloween came to RuneWild, but doesn't really want to leave. Ghosts are capturing several areas in the wilderness, it's becoming more and more dangerous, PKers are being haunted and they're losing their valuable goods. Help the Spooky ghostbuster at Edgeville with his mission to eliminate the ghosts from the wilderness and make an end to Halloween.. What is the reward? You will receive a h'ween box after bringing 10,000 h'ween tickets to the Spooky ghostbuster. The h'ween box rewards you several exclusive cosmetic items, the vesta's armour and korasi's sword. Once you receive a cosmetic item, you can't receive it twice. How can I obtain h'ween tickets? You can obtain it by killing players in the wilderness, above lvl. 30 you will receive more tickets. You can obtain the tickets by killing the ghosts in the wilderness, the ghosts don't return as quick after dying so head off to the other zones before someone else kills them. Every three hours the Malevolent ghost will appear near Demonic Ruins, after it's death it will reward you h'ween tickets equal to the amount of damage you've done to the Ghost. Korasi's Sword The first item to be brought into RuneWild from the Pre-EOC era. The Korasi's sword is known for it's special attack which acts like a magic-based attack. Where can I use it? You can only use the korasi's sword in the single area of Edgeville. The area-limitation was added due to our stance on keeping it as OSRS as possible. This is still up for discussion and it's fairly a new concept introducing a pre-EOC item, but we thought this would be the safest way onto introducing this out of the ordinary weapon. How can I obtain it? The korasi's sword is dropped by the wilderness bosses, Callisto, Scorpia, Vet'ion and Chaos Fanatic. You can obtain it for 750 credits in the Sponsor store. Vesta's armour This has had quite the support since the introduction of the Vesta's longsword, although it not being OSRS (aside from DMM) I introduced it with an area restriction. Where can I use it? You can use the Vesta's armour in the single area of Edgeville, in PvP and in the ::riskzone. How can I obtain it? The Vesta's armour is dropped by the wilderness bosses, Callisto, Scorpia, Vet'ion and Chaos Fanatic. You can obtain the pieces for 750 credits each in the Sponsor store. Quest Tab Rework The Quest tab has received a rework, the rework's major reason was to offer a better overview. What are the top tabs, from left to right? The first one is the Wiki interface which is helpful for newcomers. The second one is the events interface, which gives information on the important events that are upcoming or on-going. The third one is the main tab, profile tab, here you can view your statistics, points, sponsor status, slayer task and the Server time. The fourth one is toggle tab, here you can manage all your toggles. The fifth one is the achievements tab, for your daily, weekly, normal achievements. What are the bottom buttons, from left to right? The first one is the quick gear interface, a system to gear up quickly. The second one is the drop table, to view what your favourite monster drops. The third one is the PvP Leagues interface, an easier accessible button to make the PvP League seasons even more active & fun. The fourth one is the PvP Rewards interface, this shows how many kills you need to obtain for the certain reward. The fifth one is the Sponsor store, a quick-button in order to get to the store. Sponsor Benefits We have added a sponsor benefits guide which explains the benefits you receive per sponsor rank. Other updates Demonic gorilla's at the donator monster zone are no longer multi. You can now trade the membership bond from a normal player to an ironman and vice versa. Caskets and mystery boxes have been touched up a little. The ornamented version of items didn't have the effects it's normal version had, e.g. obby maul (or) or assembler max cape, patched. You can now pick back up brews which were dropped if you had the 12 brews limit, it will now properly count down upon dropping. A toggle has been added for the old dragging system, ::switchdrag. The tournament times have been adjusted to london time, making them 1 hour later. The donator island's main area has been updated to include trees and rocks for mining.

Especially after the vesta's armour and korasi's update the donator PvM zone is a gem, killing vet'ion, chaos fanatic & callisto without a single worry is overpowered. As for OP, you never paid for the rank, you paid for the items you bought with the credits. Besides 40 credits being quite cheap which you can make back easily within a day using the benefits of the sponsor rank.

Jormungand's Prison The dungeon can now be accessed through the Teleportation wizard at Edgeville. Which monsters can I find in the dungeon? Basilisk Knights Dagannoths Basilisks Basilisk Knight The Basilisk Knight requires a slayer level of 60 to be attacked. Players must equip a mirror shield or V's shield when fighting these monsters or they will take heavy damage and their stats will be drained. Their attacks consist of melee, magic and it's special attack. At their special attack they shoot a pale-red coloured orb at the tile the player is currently standing on; if players do not move, the orb will encase them in stone, preventing the player from attacking for a few seconds. This special attack can be avoided by moving one square away from the tile players were standing on when it used its special attack The basilisk knight has an improved drop table from regular basilisks, and can drop the basilisk jaw, which can be used to upgrade the helm of Neitiznot to the Neitiznot faceguard. Membership system You can now use the donator benefits by using the Membership bond. It's no longer a permanent perk which you receive upon having certain points, you actually require to have membership days left. The membership bond costs 40 credits in the sponsor store, quick-access it by typing !store. All former sponsors received 4 days for free. Sponsored Offers You can now advertise your sales on the Trading Post. You can advertise an offer you have for a certain fee, the lower the slot the cheaper it is. After a player clicks on your sponsored item it will direct them to all of your sales (your shop). Divine Potions The divine potions are stat-boosting potions. Drinking this potion will damage the player by 10 Hitpoints. The divine potions apply the effect of the potion for 5 minutes. During these 5 minutes, stat drain is also disabled, meaning the levels will stay fully boosted. Although stat drain is disabled, a player's stats can still be decreased or increased by the use of other spells and potions. Once the 5 minutes are over, the player's stats will be reset to their base level Vote store New items have been added to the vote store All third-age items except for the druidic parts have been added. Ultra vote mystery box has been added for 50 points. Highlighted valuable drops Drops on the ground which aren't spawnable have a darker orange colour. You can toggle this on in the toggles tab on the bottom, quick-access it by typing !toggle. Other updates Patched a bug with grounditems or objects not displaying in rare situations. You can now use granite cannonballs on a cannon, also patched where you can now sell cannonballs in the trading post. The teleport block now runs out by going into a safe-zone or logging out. Patched the dragon hunter crossbow effect against dragons. Patched all Trading Post bugs.

Neitiznot faceguard The Neitiznot faceguard is an upgraded helm of Neitiznot that requires 70 Defence to wear. You can obtain it through.. It can be made by combining a helm of neitiznot with a basilisk jaw. The item is purchasable from the Equipment section in the credits store for 125 credits. The item is purchasable from the vote store for 100 points. It's an untradeable item which you will lose on death if not protected. It seperates into a basilisk jaw and helm of neitiznot. New Pets New pets have been added to the Pet box, you can purchase the Pet box through the General section in the credits store. Sraracha has been added. Youngllef has been added, along with it's metamorphosed corrupted 'red' version. Smolcano has been added. Skotos has been added. Crystal crown The crystal crown is a purely cosmetic crown. You can obtain it through.. The item is purchasable from the Cosmetic store at Vannaka for 250,000,000 coins. The item is purchasable from the Cosmetic section in the credits store for 125 credits. The crown is untradeable. You will not lose the item below level 20 wilderness. However, above level 20 it is lost and the killer receives 30,000,000 coins. Trading Post: History You can now view your history in the Trading Post by clicking on the history button on the bottom bar. You can find the sell offers for the designated item by clicking on the `Find offers` button. Other updates The Raids 2 scoreboard now resets on the 1st of the month. Featured items in the credits store now update every 4 hours. All the bugs that have been reported got patched.

As for alching it was using non-osrs magic experience rates for alching prior to the update, we are working on making every spell work in every spellbook, whilst doing that rework we corrected the experience amounts which were wrong. The New 1M OSRS item You can obtain this item by participating in the events, it's directly rewarded for the winner of the single tournaments and it can also be bought through the clan store for 100 clan points. King of the Hill The Top 3 in King of the Hill will receive clan points which they in return can use to buy the `1M OSRS` item. Alchemical Hydra We have implemented the Alchemical Hydra, you can get there by talking to the Teleportation Wizard at home. The fight attributes work exactly the same way as on OSRS, you can watch the tutorial video below on how to kill it the easiest way. Items lost within the Hydra room can be obtained by re-entering, it will be on the ground. Drops You can obtain the Brimstone ring You can obtain the Hydra's eye, fang and heart and combine them together to create the brimstone ring. You can obtain the Dragon hunter lance by combining the Hydra's claw with a Zamorakian hasta You can obtain the Boots of brimstone You can obtain the Alchemical Hydra pet Ikkle Hydra Central Boss: El Loco Toro The infamous Loco Toro is back, this time it's even more enraged and has evolved into a huge red Toro. Fight Attributes El Loco Toro attacks a random player in his radius for a random amount of time before running off in a certain direction away from everyone. On attack there is a chance that the attacked player gets stunned and pushed back. The Toro can walk over walls and stones (objects) due to its huge size. Drops It has the same drop table as Vorkath (prior to when it was a Central Boss). You can obtain the pet Loco Toro Jr, which is a miniature version of the Central boss. Vorkath The Central Boss is no longer Vorkath, it has been replaced with El Loco Toro. You can get there by talking to the Teleportation Wizard. Drops You can obtain the Vorkath's Head You can obtain the Dragonfire ward and Draconic visage. Rare table containing prayer scroll, h'ween masks, kodai wand, 3rd age and pet mystery box Moderate table containing spectral spirit shield, dragon warhammer, vesta's longsword, ancestral top and bottoms. Sell-back value All items in the loss, mediocre and moderate table, except for the vesta's longsword, can be instantly sold to Vannaka. What's common? You will have a big chance on receiving the mediocre table upon opening the normal Mystery box. You will have a big chance on receiving the moderate table upon opening the Ultra Mystery box with bigger chances on the tables above. Make-over Mage All colours and clothing are now the same as OSRS. Bug Fixes Revamped the zoom and area view distance system, it's now static like OSRS. Godwars minions no longer respawn before the boss is dead, it's delayed and spawns at the same time as the boss. The risk calculation system now also calculates the items in the looting bag. Double drops from monsters such as 2x black dragonhide are now able to be picked up by ironman. A safespot at the donator zone against Vorkath has been patched. Fury no longer protects over dragon pickaxe. Runecrafting issues patched with the blood and soul altar. Crafting gems is now automatic. Quick gear interface scrollbar now works with the mouse wheel.

Wilderness: Resource Area We have made it where the resource area has alot of buffs whilst skilling in it. You can get here by walking from Mage Bank or with the Skills necklace which can be bought from the Misc. store. You can mine, woodcut, fish, cook and smith in the Resource area. You have a chance on receiving the new 3rd age druidic items whilst skilling here. You can use the banker in the Resource area to note and unnote fish, ores, wood and bars. Bonuses whilst skilling You will receive a bonus fish every time you catch a fish. You will receive a bonus ore every time you mine a rock. You will receive a bonus log every time you cut a tree. Fletching Making crossbows You are able to make stocks from logs which are used to make crossbows. You can make an unstrung crossbow by using a stock on a limb. You can use a crossbow string on an unstrung crossbow to make a crossbow. Making bolts You can make bolts by using feathers on unfinished bolts. You can chisel a gem in order to make bolt tips which you can use on bolts to make enchanted bolts. (we skipped the enchant magic spell effect) Making a bow You can make an unstrung bow by using a knife on a log. You can use a bowstring on an unstrung bow to make a bow. Making arrows You can make arrow shafts by using a knife on a log. You can make headless arrows by using feathers on arrow shafts. You can make arrows by using headless arrows with arrowtips. Making darts You can make darts by using feathers on dart tips. Dragon dart tips are dropped by all dragons and Vorkath. Making javelins You can make javelin shafts by using a knife on a log. You can make javelins by using javelin shafts on javelin heads. Dragon javelin heads are dropped by all dragons, Demonic gorilla and Vorkath. Zulrah now drops a tanzanite fang instead of a toxic blowpipe. You need to chisel the fang in order to make a toxic blowpipe or you can choose the 20.000 zulrah scales option. Runecrafting The Abyss You can get to the Abyss by talking to the Mage of Zamorak. Mage of Zamorak can be found in Edgeville wilderness at lvl. 4 and in the master area of the donator island. A small twist from OSRS, the wrath altar can be entered through the Abyss instead of the Myth's guild. Runecrafting pouches You can store pure and rune essences into those pouches. You can obtain the runecrafting pouches through the permanent achievement `Craft x runes`. The small pouch at the first perk, the medium and large one at the second and the giant pouch at the third perk. Making tiara's Use tiara and the corresponding talisman on the altar of that particular talisman. Making runes Use a rune or pure essence in order to make runes You need dark essence fragments in order to make soul and blood runes. You can obtain those by mining the dense rock, bringing them to the dark altar and crafting them afterwards. Making combination runes To make combination runes, players need to bring equal amounts of pure essence and elemental runes, and a talisman or tiara to craft the combination rune. Miscellaneous Zulrah no longer drops magma and tanzanite helms, instead he drops it's mutagens which you can use on the serpentine helm in order to transform. The helms are now untradeable and in a PvP death reverted back into a serpentine helm and given to your opponent. You can now craft the serpentine helm into 20K zulrah's scales. You can now spin flax and sinew into crossbow and bow strings south of Edgeville bank. The tabbing bug from riskzone which told that you are still in the wilderness has been patched. 1. This has been added for premium+ 2. I checked it out and there is already a veng timer. 3. I checked this out and I couldn't recreate the bug. 4. Those items have been patched. 5. I would rather give the people who have been grinding the league seasons a slight edge on winning the new season, I already have a system which deducts ELO if the player has been active for longer than 3 days. 6. Elite slayer tasks will now give a 25% buff on a monster kill and task completion, hard elite tasks will give a 5% buff. 7. I'll be doing these hopefully tomorrow. 8. It has been added. 9. These will be done by tomorrow's update, thanks for the clarification. 10. Maybe in the future, needs some heavy testing. 11. I have made it so you can open caskets for free, although this will reduce the chance of getting a rare by 66%. Bugs section All the noted bugs have been patched. Daily 10M 07 Reward: #1 Edge PKer You are now able to win 5M OSRS gp by being the #1 Edge PKer. The timer ends on RuneWild's day timer (when achievements, lottery end). You can view the winner in the quest's tab and the ending timer by hovering over the display in the quest's tab. You will automatically receive the 5x 1M OSRS item into your bank even if you are offline. Automated HP Events A new event has been added to RuneWild, an automated version of the HP Events we used to host. These will commence every ~90 minutes. It drops 20M-40M gp and it has a 1% chance of dropping an infernal cape. It has 10K HP It spawns in five different locations. Edgevile multi (lvl. 3) Hill giants (lvl. 19) Castle multi (lvl. 18) Near Venenatis (lvl. 31) Near Demonic Ruins (lvl. 46) Portals (lvl. 51) You can view them in the events tab which is the purple icon in your quest tab. Statius's warhammer Statius's warhammer can be obtained through the Revenant's cave. Statius's warhammer is a weapon that requires 78 Attack to wield and can be obtained through the Revenant's cave. It's special attack is close to the Dragon Warhammer's special attack. it costs 35% of the wielder's special attack energy. Upon a successful hit it will deal anywhere between 25% and 125% of the wielder's standard max hit. Any successful hit will lower the opponents Defence by 30%. Brimstone ring Brimstone ring can be obtained through the Revenant's cave. The ring has no requirements to wear and can be obtained through the Revenant's cave. The ring has a passive effect: when casting combat spells, it has a 25% chance to ignore 10% of the target's total magic defence. Blackjack Table You can now gamble with coins if you wish in the Blackjack tables. Upon creating a table you will now be asked if you want to setup a table to gamble in credits or coins. You will be gambling with platinum tokens, but the on-screen text is displayed in gp. Treasure chest The Treasure chest location of the player that picks it up is updated now along with the person who picks it up after killing the holder. The Treasure chest will now appear much quicker (10 seconds) after being dropped or dropped after killed Miscellaneous Timers have been added 5 minutes prior to an event for more packed events. You can now choose to claim credits instead of cashing out your 'xM OSRS' item. Ironmen can now buy scrolls from other players by trading them, they can only trade over gp in return for scrolls. Blood money has been transformed into the usual gold coins. Verzik Vitur is now more vulnerable to melee attacks.
