Damage outside of wilderness.

I was fighting a player in full dharok, completely out of food with 24hp. The player ran out of the wilderness but while he was doing so i managed to get the final blow on him but unfortunately did not kill him because he made it out of the wilderness before the hit could register.

What i'm suggesting is no matter what damage you deal or how it was dealt, unless the player died or teleported before the hit splat could of occured, the player should take that damage.
