The ring of the gods unimbued is spawnable, the player you killed probably just spawned it.

You can enable text highlights to show which items are not spawnable in the future.

Support all, especially forum updates, I'd also like to see skilling outfits added...

I can safely assume that the development time for this would be nowhere near worth the effort it would take.

Time is better spent keeping up to date with OSRS's own updates.
