    Today I returned to the forum to talk about the management of the game, due to poor management, I have had my account blocked for a year of course rwt, where I came here in search of help by sending a message asking for help, where several moderators the only thing left What they say is that there will be a ticket in Discord, where basically the only thing they do is read the ticket and close it, without giving any type of response, and thus a ticket is always opened and the CEO closes it, in short, they only say open a ticket to then ignore it. It's sad because I was a player who invested a lot of time in the game to the point of reaching royal rank, and who at least played 6 hours a day, and that the request is ignored is wrong, since it not only happens to me I think that management should be better attended to.

     

     

    In short, it is a constructive opinion, it is most likely that it will be ignored just like the tickets that I and several colleagues have sent, I hope that is not the case. AND AS I SAID AT THE BEGINNING, IT IS A CONSTRUCTIVE OPINION!

    @David @Ry @HopeHello,I want to ask you for help,today i was playing as usual and after a while i received a message,wich broke my heart .when my account was closed telling me a message (Your count is blocked) for no reason whatsoever .this is devastating for me since it is my favorite game that is why i am here asking not only @David but all the support staff help me.I am communicating it here because after this event i was kicked off the discord.i hope this gets into good hands and that i can return to the game. I really dont know whats going on.:(:(:(:(

    -From my point of view the central boss is one with a very wide collection when  i refer to wide i mean that he has many items to obtain wich i see as un fair since he is a boss that requires a long waiting time to kill him ,specifically i do not recognize how much it is the time ,i think it is 1 hour, also that only a small group of people get the kill of this boss and it mostly depends on clans because the boss appears in wildernes .In my opinion i see it good remove some things since many are can be obtein elsewhere.    

    Be it the following armaments or things.

    1)The dharrock set:that can be obteined not only in the barrows minimagame ,but you also get them in the crystal chest.

    2)Kit ancestral:Wich can be obteined in the chamber of xeric(cox)

    3)Dragon spears and dragon swords.-i see the basically useless for the this collection.

    All those that i name here are the things that are left over in this collection.

     

    I think that many of things that i name are eliminated would make the collection a little easier to complete since from my vision completing this collection is impossible with all the items it contains.

     

    Well i hope this can be applied in the future.

I started playing runescape in a temporary way ,i liked it a lot but it was something that had to dedicate time to skills and i started with something easier and with which to pass the time i played runewild and i delved into the fundamentals of the game wich I liked a lot more since i had the opportunity to learn everything and i just became a lover of the game.:)
    • Why do you want to be a member of our staff team? Well what can i tell you i am a very active player in the game,most of the time i am active since there is not always someone from the active staff to ask for advice due to the time zone.I also help many players whether they are spanish or from english since not all are of the same languaje.In addition i also help many to know the fundamentals of the game since they do not know much
