  1. I’m from a rivalling clan to RL. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t agree on anything. I, too, share the same conclusion you have reached based on these observations. In fact I even screenshotted the same outburst in yell and was apalled by his inability to contain himself.

This is not the first instance that this person has acted in a discourteous manner. I pointed out, in response to said moderator’s staff application, that he is unable to see past the inherently hostile, but non-personal, nature of the wilderness. To put it concisely: kills in the wilderness are rarely personal. The mod in question doesn’t realise this and retaliaties with unnecessarily emotional outbursts. This particular character flaw should have been taken into consideration earlier.

Thanks for reading my intentionally pretentious but honest account of potential misconduct.

    Much love.

Alright, let me break it down for you a little bit better cause you still don't understand for whatever reason.

Vorkath is a boss (if you agree go to next statement)

Pvm means player vs monster  (if you agree go to next statement)

Pvmers kill vorkath (if you agree go to next statement)

Simple as that. Pkers should not have control over pvming, at that point just get rid of the boss to quit your unfair bitching. The end.

That is some overreach of the conversation, my friend! There are numerous facets relating to Vorkath. PvMing and PKing are two, among many more. Mine pertains to the risk-reward asymmetry associated with Vorkath. I believe that the rewards are greater than the risks.

On a secondary note: I would appreciate a more civil tone - one without an underlying passive aggression.

Fuck voting rights if somethings going to destroy the server. ''hey everyone, 40 people voted to decrease the elysian drop rate to 1/50 and since we voted for it, David should be a slave and implement it.'' -Sarcasm if nobody knew.

The premise of my comment relies on an inherent logic that is understood among players. Players that deem that there exists a risk-reward symmetry that is too skewed voted for skulling upon attacking Vorkath.

Do not force people to skull at vorkath. It's already bad enough that 40 + gambino members camp the teleports to vorkath but to have them bgs speccing and ancient macing everyone for twisted bows is retarded.

@David If you force people to skull at vorkath you are only going to piss off a lot of pvmers and make pking more toxic then ever.

Your poll on discord is unfair. The majority of people voting yes is gambino members.

4 of those players are gambino, If players are forced to skull after attacking vorkath, it will be 5 everytime.

I believe that your statement pertaining to fairness infringes on the democratic principles that David employs. Aren't the voting rights a democratic privilege after all?

Moving it to singles, and not deeper than level 40 wilderness or lower than 30 wilderness; will make it a lot easier for people who don’t participate in clan activity.

That way you most likely will have time to run down to 30 wilderness, teleport out, grab more supplies and teleport back to the spot.

Also to make it even more fun, drops should be announced as a player picks up the drop. That way people who play alone will also have a chance to survive with the loot.

Have you tried killing Vorkath alone? :-)

I’ve seen players commenting about all the prior (Runewild) effort they put in the server, and that the only people that are voting yes is due to having no banks. That has nothing to do with this, people who think that way are opinionated.

Everybody is opinionated as a result of running a personal agenda. Nothing wrong with that.

A reset is a clathrate gun. Once it's fired, the credibility of the owner will lie in the abstinence of resetting again. I think the reset is not necessarily vital for success. Advertising through a group of "household" youtubers in the RSPS community is likely the most prudent method for a favorable outcome. Coupled with boosted voting and PK rewards, the strategy should presumably bear fruit.

The reset alone is not the answer and most of you probably know that. I would recommend that you engage in this discussion with further suggestions pertaining to building a player base and aiding new players in getting started properly. You all have the capacity to generate great ideas. Put that capacity to good use.

I respect that you have wealth in your account now, I personally think that with a reset we can possibly attract much more players in the RSPS scene. You can use your advantages on knowing how to make money as a head-start.

If you're confident that a reset would boost the player base you have my vote.
