Update v1.2: ELO, Staff Of Light & Dragon Slayer 2 Items

Dragon Slayer 2 & New Items
Staff of light is now in the game with the ability to cast and autocast the Saradomin strike.
Dragonstone dragon bolts (e) have been added to the game, they are spawnable and are able to hit 65 with the Dragon's breath effect.

15M for the Staff of light in the Weapon store.
20M for the Dragon platebody at the Armour store
2.5M for the Dragon kiteshield at the Armour store
1M for the Dragon crossbow at the Weapon store
15 Vote points for the Ornament kits of the Dragon platebody and kiteshield
10K for Wrath runes in the General store.

Central Boss: Vorkath
Vorkath is now the only Central Boss which spawns at the Demonic Ruins (!gdz) and at the Chaos Altar (!chaos). The treasure chest can also be found near both spawns.

Vorkath's head
Vorkath's head has been added to the droptable of Vorkath
You can combine it with your ava's accumulator in order to make a ava's assembler, you can combine your assembler with a max cape too. 
Vorkath's head can also be combined with a slayer helmet or slayer helmet (i) to create a turquoise slayer helmet or turquoise slayer helmet (i), respectively. Doing so requires purchasing the ability Undead head for 1,000 slayer reward points.

ELO PvP Leaderboards
An ELO system has been implemented for PvP, the ELO you start with is 800.
Elo rewards 18 at equal elo ranging from 0-35 depending on your opponents ELO.



You can view your ELO in the Quest Tab, you can hide or view your opponents ELO in the Toggles Tab

The #1 ELO Online on the Leaderboards will be granted the KING title, you can enable/disable this by the toggle 'Show ELO Opponent'.

Furthermore
It will now show how many runes you have after using the gear system
The command !toggles will now show your toggles tab
The mutated bloodvelds in catacombs have been patched to give Slayer XP.
The Ranged Max Hit system has been looked into, rapid now takes into effect and all hits are the same as on OSRS.

1.5M per Dharok's piece
2M for Ahrim's robes
250K Karil's coif, 2M Karil's top and crossbow, 1M Karil's leatherskirt
750K for Verac's pieces
750K for Guthan's pieces
750K for Torag's pieces
20M for the Dragon warhammer
5M for the Dragon sword
2.5M for the Dragon 2h sword
5M for the Dragon hunter crossbow
2.5M for the Master wand
5M for the Abyssal tentacle
