The current state of RuneWild

The hard economy style RuneWild was launched off with didn't do us well, we peaked at 150 players but with the money making being too hard that amount decreased over-time. RuneWild was going through management changes, funding problems which made me question my role as being just the investor.

That being said I decided to fully come back to the server to solve these problems for good and create a fun oldschool PKing server with some revolutionizing changes.

My question to you guys is whether I should do this whilst keeping the hard economy, current marketing plan OR Reset & revise the economy, make it easier, adapt to an easier grindable economy along with redoing our marketing plan (new logo, new website, youtube channel with livestreams & much more)

With the upcoming major updates. I feel it's just right to have eco reset. A new start with new goals is always great. This would be a lot of fun for the new players coming. Hope the community can see the major benefits of this.

personally i feel that if the eco resets we are going to lose the current player base which consists of donaters unless theres a plan to refund them? maybe a reset of multiple items so people cant control eco anymore if thats do able? or would it have to be a total reset. then you have the players that spent time maxing what happens to them?

Thank you for keeping us updated, I can honestly not see any negative aspects in voting no, a big step foward for RuneWild and bigger playerbase.

The people most prone to voting YES to a reset are those who have been cleaned. The economy needs small revisions, not a hard reset.

I respect that you have wealth in your account now, I personally think that with a reset we can possibly attract much more players in the RSPS scene. You can use your advantages on knowing how to make money as a head-start.

this ^ is so true, one thing i do ask david is are you talking eco reset or will be maxed accounts be affected stat wise? i feel people wont want to max twice.

Well I am currently rank 1 on the highscores with 589m xp. I would not mind a reset if too see the new updates that are to come and possibly bring a lot of new players.
